SCHOOL PROJECTS AND OWN PROJECTS
After each project, I got good feedback so that I can work further
My first logo
For this project I designed a logo and a corporate identity for a refugees organization.
I have visualized it, by few examples:
- a Website
- a Facebook page
- a Work clothes
- a Digital Newsletter
After this project, my interest in graphic design became more.
A logoand design corporate identity for a photographer.
Verbeek Photography wanted a logo and a corporate identity. What I had to do than, to be able to visualize my idea as well as possible. Was?
Logo
Business card
A website
An idea of the facade
An idea of the car warp
An idea of the invoice paper
The logo design was create by good research, with a clear story and a beautiful visualization. The logo consists of a light source (the gray glowing circle), this also stands for the lens of a camera and the light that is used in a photo studio. There is also the green circle, which stands for the making process for art and the artistic side of Verbeek Photography. The name Verbeek (the name of the photographer) also plays the biggest role in the logo. And is placed on a clearly way in the logo. Further, I had devised that I used the colors from the logo inside every subject on the website. This make a clear simulacrum of the subjects layout I made. For the carwarp, facade and the invoice paper. I also applied the logo on this way, so the logo gets enough attention and can be see. Lastly, I created the business cards vertical, this because the logo is better to apply and so you can see more easily the data in different ways.
Project studentconcil
I designed a new identity for the student council at school.
What I had to design for them:
Logo / corporate identity: to show what the student council stands for.
Spatial object: For promotion, so that more students know about the student council
NIMETO Award: To give employees, teachers and students a greater motivation to work.
Eat & Meet project
On my education there is a moment when you can choose what you want to learn, we call this an optional part. The optional part that I have followed is Corporate Design. This optional part focuses on creating a concepts and from there, creating a design. The design can be a poster, leaflets, flyers, perhaps a menu, business cards, a logo and perhaps also something in 3D. I have been learned much about graphic designing and made designs for a logo, business card, menu card, a postcard, a signing, a package and a 3D object.
For an optional part, we also had to make a long-term assignment. The assignment was to come up with a concept for a restaurant and to design this. For this we needed a logo, business card, signing a package, two font important products and a 3d object. I learned many things during the making of this assignment. I have learned how to look at a logo, to see what the most important parts are of the logo , how you can use it for your house style and how this expresses itself in your work. It was a great experience with many ups and downs, which I can still learn from my future design processes.

Posters for
Bakkerij van Breemen
Our baker (bakery van Breemen) needed some new posters. To be able to design these posters, I have researched what the baker makes so special and I looked to the old posters to see what he already had in his corporate design. With that I made choices for the colour, font and style.
Businesscards for UANIP
I designed a couple of business cards for a former colleague of my father. The company itself had a house style and logo. To process this in his business cards, I have transformed the logo from jpg to an EPS and I have research the website. So, I can see and understand how his house style works and how I can use it.
